Finding tickets

When will I receive them?

To ensure security, tickets will be released with delay. This is a promoter regulation. During this period, tickets will not be sent, and mobile barcodes will not be available until the delay ends.

How will I receive them?

The most commonly sold formats are:

  • Electronic: Learn more about electronic tickets here.
  • Physical: Learn more about physical tickets here.
  • Mobile transfer: These tickets are transferred through a third-party app or platform that isn't connected to StubHub International. The specific app you'll need to download will vary based on the sender (we'll provide more details below). Once the seller completes the transfer, you'll receive two emails:
    • An email from StubHub International confirming that your order has been delivered (please note, the tickets won't appear on our platform).
    • An email from the third-party provider confirming the transfer and providing instructions on how to access the tickets.


Can't find the email? Check your SPAM or junk folder as well to ensure you don't miss any correspondence. Still can't find it? Read this article for more details. 


For Ticketmaster

  1. Download the Ticketmaster App.
  2. Sign in or create an account using the same email registered on StubHub International.
  3. Go to “My Account” to view your tickets. The QR code will only be visible on the event day.
  4. At the venue, scan the QR code to enter.


For O2 Arena 

  1. Download the O2 App.
  2. Sign in or create an account using the same email registered on StubHub International.
  3. Go to “My Events” to view your tickets. The QR code will only be visible on the event day.
  4. At the venue, scan the QR code to enter.


For AXS

  1. Download the AXS App
  2. Sign in or create an account. Important to register with the same email you use on StubHub International.
  3. Tap on the ticket icon
  4. At the event, scan the QR code to get in.


On the Event Day

Ensure that your mobile ticket is accessible on your smartphone, as printed copies will not be accepted. Select your ticket and scan it at the gate for entry. Enjoy the concert!


Trouble accessing tickets in the third-party app?

If we’ve confirmed your tickets were transferred but you don’t see them in the app for the event's country, ensure you’ve downloaded the correct app for that country. The tickets will be accessible there.


If you’re unable to download the app (perhaps because you're abroad or can't find it in the event’s country), follow the instructions on the third-party website.


Can't attend the date you reserved?

If your plans change, you can purchase new tickets for a different date and list your original tickets for resale. This way, you can recover your costs while giving another fan a chance to enjoy the event.
