Ticket types & Delivery timeframe

We know that the promoter doesn't issue the tickets until 14-10 days before the concert.

These are the best-selling ticket formats for 'The Eras Tour'

  • Electronic: Here you can know the step-by-step to deliver the file. We don't accept PDFs made from scans, photos, or paper ticket copies.
  • Mobile transfer: These tickets are transferred through a third party app that does not belong to StubHub International. Below we will explain the step by step that you must complete. It is very important that you follow each one of them. But as a summary you will needto:
    1. Follow the buyer email address on your StubHub International profile
    2. Transfer the ticket to that email from the third party app or website.
    3. Change the status of your sale on StubHub International

STEP 1: Getting the buyer email address

There are two ways to verify the buyer email address or other details.

  • From your StubHub International profile. Go to 'Sales' tab and then, search the sale. The buyer's email address will there.
  • From the Sale Confirmation email

If it domain is @privaterelay.apple.id you won't be able to transfer the tickets.

  1. Complete this form to request a new email address valid to complete the process.
  2. Introduce your Sale ID. It's a 9-digit-number starting with 2 provided in your sale confirmation email
  3. Select "Ask buyer(s) to provide new email to replace Apple private email"
  4. Specific the platform/app where the tickets will be transferred to
  5. We'll automatically ask your buyer to provide a new email and then we'll share it with you
  6. If you don’t receive this information by the deadline provided for ticket delivery, please proceed to transfer the tickets to the original buyer’s email that you see in your sale details. Note that not receiving a response from the buyer does not absolve you from the responsibility of delivering the tickets

STEP 2: Transferring the tickets

Sometimes, event organizers may place restrictions on ticket transfers as the event date approaches. To avoid complications, please transfer the ticket as soon as possible after receiving it.

Ticket transfer will be done through a third party app. Once the transfer option is available you will need to login into your Primary or Organizer profile (we recommend these steps from the App)

  1. Log In: Access your mobile tickets account (e.g., AXS, Ticketmaster, etc.) and go to the Tickets section.
  2. Select Tickets: Choose the tickets you want to send and select the Transfer option.
  3. Enter Recipient's Details: Input the recipient’s information, including their email address. Remember that you can find this information by following the steps indicated in STEP 1.
  4. Confirm the Transfer: Finalize the transfer to send the tickets.
  5. Confirm the Delivery: Go back to your StubHub International account to complete your sale. You can read the step-by-step in STEP 3 (keep reading)

The recipient will receive an email with instructions to either create an account or log in to accept the ticket transfer.

STEP 3: Update your sale status

Once you have completed the transfer on the primary platform, it is time to change the status of your sale so that you can get paid for it.

  1. Go back to your sale in your StubHub International account
  2. Click on “Confirm/Transfer”
  3. Choose “I have already transferred the ticket(s) to the buyer from the original ticket provider page" and confirm
  4. Your sale status will change automatically to Delivered
