A PDF ticket is an electronic document commonly used for many venues. In StubHub International, you must list these tickets as Electronic. You can either pre-upload the file to your listing, and once it’s sold the buyer will receive it, or upload it to your sale. We recommend that you pre-upload them as this may give you a better chance to sell your tickets fast.

How to upload multi-day tickets to a listing, or sale

For a multi-day event (i.e. festivals, tournaments, racing cars, etc), you may receive from the original marketplace a ticket per day. In this case, the process of delivery is slightly different.

  1. Make sure that you list the tickets on the correct event page. Pay attention to the date that we indicate on the event page. In StubHub International, we create one single event with multiple days or events named "Weekend pass"
  2. Double-check in the original marketplace if you receive one ticket per day (i.e. for a weekend pass, each assistant receives 2 tickets) or one single ticket for the whole event (i.e. for a weekend pass, each assistant receives only 1 ticket)
  3. If you receive one ticket per day:
    • Open this form
    • Introduce your email account in StubHub International. Double check this information or your request won't be validated
    • Introduce up to 10 sales at once separating each one by commas
    • Upload the PDF files for each sale
    • Go to the next page
    • Review the terms and conditions
    • Submit it
    • You'll receive a confirmation from us with the approval or not of your request
    • Do not upload the tickets to your sale. We'll change your sale status to 'Delivered'
    • No further action is expected from you. We'll send the tickets to your buyer and update your sale
  4. If you receive one single ticket for the whole event, follow the steps indicated on 'How to upload Electronic/PDF tickets to a sale'
    • Log into your profile
    • Go to the 'Sales', 'Open' tab and search for your sale
    • Click on 'Upload tickets'
    • Check the PDF file size, as our platform cannot support files bigger than 5 MB
    • Make sure that the file is not locked. If you see a padlock icon or the word “secured” in the top corner, you must unlock the document before uploading
      • Drag and drop the file from your computer to a new Google Chrome window
      • Right-click and print the PDF file in Chrome
      • Under Printer Destination, choose “Save as PDF” and “Save”
      • Save the file to your desktop with a new name
    • Tap on 'Upload tickets' in the new window to find the unlocked document on your computer or mobile device
    • Click on 'Continue' and open the dropdown to 'Select seat' that correspond with each ticket image. You will need to repeat the process with each of the tickets you have in the sale
    • Click on 'Submit' to save it
    • Your sale status will change automatically to Delivered
