Do I Need an Account to Purchase Tickets?

Yes, you will need to create an account to buy tickets in our platform. As a registered user, you can easily track your purchases and even resell tickets.


To sign up:

  1. Download or open the StubHub App.
  2. Go to "Profile".
  3. Click on "Sign In" at the bottom.
  4. Provide your first and last name, email address, and choose a password. Alternatively, sign up with your Facebook, Google or Apple credentials. 
  5. Click "Continue" to complete.



Finding Events

  1. On the homepage, type the event name (e.g., game, band, play) and optionally the city to find it quickly.
  2. Use city and date filters below the profile button to browse events in specific locations and time frames.


Selecting Tickets 

  1. Once on the event page, view available listings. Remember, tickets can be added or removed by sellers at any time.
  2. Click on your chosen listing.


Completing Your Purchase

  1. Review the ticket details to ensure accuracy, including the delivery method and estimated date.
  2. Tap on "Continue" to proceed with the purchase.
  3. If applicable, manage your promo code by selecting "Manage Discounts."
  4. Choose your payment method (credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  5. For PayPal, you can opt for single payment or installment options if available.
  6. Confirm your choice and click "Buy."
